About the Therapist
Hi, I’m Trish! I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist, and I also know what it’s like to feel like you’re keeping it all together on the outside while inside, everything feels chaotic. After becoming a mother, I experienced postpartum anxiety and depression firsthand. I remember the endless worry, the perfectionism, and the constant pressure to “do it all” and do it perfectly - while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. I’ve also lived through the stress of overworking, the relentless drive to achieve, and the burnout that comes from never feeling like you’re good enough. These personal experiences shape how I work with my clients. I bring compassion, humor, and a down-to-earth style to therapy. I’m trained in a variety of approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
